I made this painting during the summer of 2015, while taking a course with Michael Fuchs in Obervellach, Austria.  I started with an image of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara in Water Moon Form (Shuiyue Guanyin), but during the painting process she morphed into this image. I am very grateful for the time Michael Fuchs spent with me on this painting.
